Conveyors

Oldroyd Intec Ltd have developed a wide range of conveyors for various applications.  Our conveyor systems have been used specifically for the bulk transfer of materials from the feedstock preparation of secondary metals and for aggregates, but are suitable for many wider applications. We will advise, design and supply conveyors based on your specific requirements.

The types of conveyor systems that we have experience of design and supply are:

• Flat Belt Conveyor -  modular material, up to 18° traverse
• Troughed Belt Conveyor - aggregates, up to  20° traverse
• Sidewall Belt Conveyor - granular material up to 45° traverse
• Slat Conveyor - modular materials
• Screw Conveyor - fine grain and semi-solid materials, also abrasive and corrosive materials.
• Apron Feeders - controlled feed of materials
• Elevators (bucket or belt sidewall) - for vertical movement of granular material
• Rotary Valves - for air-locked applications.
