At Oldroyd Intec, we supply our customers with our products through a personalized approach that is tailored to meet their exact requirements regardless of product line. We offer the following services:

New Equipment Projects

If you have a requirement for new equipment within your plant we can work with you to ensure that you receive the most accurate quotation and suitable proposal. Our standard procedure is designed to ensure we understand your requirements in complete detail and that you receive the products and services to ensure your project's success:

• Upon receiving an enquiry we can advise whether we have the relevant expertise to assist you and issue you with a ballpark 'budget' price.
• If you want to invite us to tender we will ask a series of fact finding questions to ensure that we can provide the most accurate bid and tender.  A site visit is always advisable. Our bid & tenders will contain:
  • A conceptual 3D and 2D design.
  • A detailed description of the design and work we intend to carry out to meet your requirements.
  • A detailed breakdown of our calculations that make the basis for design.
  • A detailed breakdown of materials, products and work as part of the tender.
  • A project plan.
  • Optional NDT services over and above our extensive QA.

• Upon order we will visit you to confirm the project plan and assist you if you intend to establish an Inspection and Test Plan (IPT).
• We will immediately create the design for manufacture which will progress as per the fabrication schedule. We will follow our QA procedures during manufacture and you can inspect manufacture upon request.
• Upon successful test assembly at our manufacturing site we will transport the equipment to your site where we will supervise the installation and commission to your satisfaction. We will also submit the data folder for your engineering department, which will also contain all test certificates and welder certifications and qualifications.
• We will guarantee all workmanship and materials for 12 months from satisfactory commissioning.
• We will advise on our planned maintenance services.
• We will ensure you are supplied with spares.

Detail Design & Feasibility Services

We are specialist design engineers, and although we provide manufacture of equipment we can also simply provide detailed design of equipment if you would prefer to use a local supplier for fabrication. In some cases we would advise that this is the best route for your project. If you have any design needs within our product areas then we will be happy to discuss your requirements and quote for our services.

If you need pre-engineering consultancy to understand the best course of action to achieve a desired process then we are also happy to draw on our experience to advise and submit conceptual designs and supporting reports.

Planned Maintenance

We guarantee our products for materials and workmanship for 12 months from satisfactory commissioning as standard, however, we will always advise our customers to consider a planned maintenance routine. Most of our equipment is intended for constant and critical heavy duty operation in extreme working environments with aggressive and abrasive substances. We engineer our products to be robust so they can withstand these conditions for an impressive lifespan, but it is important that you have regular inspection of your equipment to ensure that you have timely stock of spares and that we can advise and carry out repairs pro-actively so you can enjoy continuous operation. We have experience not only with our products, but with industrial and hydraulic technology in general, so we are also happy to supply these services for equipment that we have not supplied.

Engineered Spares & Refurbishments

We will supply spares for all of our equipment as per your order, however, we also provide a service for engineered spares. This is essentially a redesign and retrofit service for any of your existing equipment that we have not supplied and is problematic and high maintenance due to constant failure from poor or dated design. We will also refurbish any equipment that has failed due to constant wear rather than design fault.
