Vibratory Screens and Trommels

Oldroyd Intec Ltd design and supply both Vibratory Screens for the accurate seperation and classification of aggregates, and Trommels for the metals processing industry. We have over 20 years experience of screening technology, and our high engineering standards and proven designs ensure the low maintenance requirements and long lifecycle of our screening equipment, as well as the accurate classification of materials.

Dust can be a major concern with conventional aggregate screens, to counter this problem, spray bars can be fitted to our vibratory screens, damping the aggregate throughout the screening process, this ensures that airbourne dust is kept to a bare minimum. Where several classifications of product are required, this can be achieved in one pass with our multiple deck screens, greatly increasing productivity.

Our vibratory screens can be fitted with either Polyurethane screen cloths, or steel mesh, depending on your aggregate classification requirements. Our eccentric weighted drive shaft system provides our vibratory screens with the amplitude to operate under larger loads than would otherwise be possible.

We will also provide a full turn key supply and installation of vibratory screens, with all associated ancilliary equipment as required:

• Grizzly Feeder, Inclined Conveyor or Bucket Elevator
• Hoppers
• Sound and Dust Enclosures
• Platforms and Steelwork
• Controls

Our vibratory screens will incorporate your requirements:

• Spray bars for wet screening
• Steel mesh or Polyurethane screen cloths, sized as per grading requirements
• Multiple deck designed as per grading requirements
• Belt driven eccentric weighted shaft assembly to give screen amplitude and acceleration, design for material density and thoughput
• Synthetic oil systems for high temperature applications
• Typically at a shallow angle from the horizontal plane.
