Vibratory Screens and Trommels

Oldroyd Intec Ltd design and supply both Vibratory Screens for classifying of aggregates and Trommels for the metals processing industry.  We have over 20 years experience of screening technology, and have our standard and proven designs to ensure the low maintenance and long lifecycle of equipment as well as the accurate classification of materials.

We will also provide a full turn key supply and installation of the screen with all associated ancilliary equipment as required;

• Grizzly Feeder, Inclined Conveyor or Bucket Elevator
• Hoppers
• Sound and Dust Enclosures
• Platforms and Steelwork
• Controls

Our screens will incorporate your requirements;

• Spray bars for wet screening
• Steel mesh or Polyurethane screen cloths, sized as per grading requirements
• Multiple deck designed as per grading requirements
• Belt driven eccentric weighted shaft assembly to give screen amplitude and acceleration, design for material density and thoughput
• Synthetic oil systems for high temperature applications
• Typically at a shallow angle from the horizontal plane.
